Terms of Service

Regarding the use of our facility

General Policies

  • Working hours: 11 AM – 9 PM
  • No deposit or pre-charge will be applied at the time of booking.
  • All services must be paid in person at the property.
  • We kindly request 4 hours notice for any cancellation or changes.
  • These policies allow us to honor the time of our therapist and other guests.

Facility Access

  • Our facility is open to everyone (Male, Female, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to those who are exposed to risky behavior or actions which cause problems for other customers.
  • Any person deemed to be unsuitable for using the Wellness Centre may be asked to leave.
  • Our Suzumi Wellness Sauna & Spa has a membership system. It is available to everyone.

Health & Safety

  • Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be menstruating on the day of your appointment, if you have high blood pressure, are in poor physical condition, have allergies, are under medical treatment, are taking medicine, have consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
  • You may not be able to receive the treatment under certain health conditions.
  • If you experience discomfort at any time during your treatment, please tell your therapist immediately.

Atmosphere & Etiquette

To create a comfortable atmosphere, please refrain from actions that disrupt the treatment of other customers:

  • Please do not smoke
  • Please be quiet
  • Please turn off your cell phone
